About Me

Vanessa is a Nutritional Chef, Holistic Kitchen Coach & Yin yoga teacher. She creates therapeutic nutritional meal plans for various conditions from gut health, autoimmune to hormone balancing; guiding people to implement with tailor-made food tuition and one-one nutrition coaching. She also works as a fermenter creating gut healing probiotics & prebiotics. She is passionate about food as our medicine and traditional ways of eating seasonally and living symbiotically with nature. She is based in Margate, Kent where she runs online cooking classes, workshops and retreats.
