I am a nutritional chef focusing on ‘Holistic Culinary Nutrition’ by using food as our medicine. For 3 years I worked as a private chef for various clients in London cooking, consulting, and developing science-based nutritional menus. I have a keen interest in lacto-fermented foods for gut health and have run workshops introducing ‘Living Kitchen’ concepts. I have also run cooking and yoga retreats over the years. I am currently based in Margate, Kent where I work therapeutically offering virtual one-to-one consultations, cooking classes, fermentation classes, and guided group fasts. My wellness guidance supports clients with bespoke nutritional meal plans, gut healing recipes, broth fasting, soup cleanses, mindful eating practices and personalised yoga for digestive health. I have worked with many clients with varying conditions from digestive issues, adrenal fatigue, autoimmune, skin issues, weight issues, hormonal imbalances by supporting gut health and other lifestyle interventions. I studied nutrition in 2016 with (CNM) The College of Naturopathic Medicine and Macrobiotics health coaching in 2017 with Simon Brown in London. I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation for 9 years.
I am passionate about traditional ways of eating that incorporate living symbiotically with nature. My approach encourages clients to ditch yoyo dieting and enjoy real, unprocessed whole foods that impact our personal health and health of our planet. I love using a variety of seasonal vegetables and organic ingredients in my recipes. I incorporate traditional food techniques, such as sprouting and fermenting. I enjoy the creativity in healthy baking using a variety sugar free, grain free and gluten-free ingredients. I am dedicated to helping people use food as medicine, integrating yoga and meditation techniques for overall mind-body balance.
My intentions are to guide my cleints on how to intuitively feel what their body needs. Food has been one of my greatest healing tools. I truly understand the impact of emotionally stuggling with food and I want to empower my clients to learn to develop a healthier relationship with food. I have struggled with my own journey of difficult emotional eating, digestive and hormonal challenges which resulted from high stress PTSD – with skin conditions, hypothyroidism to adrenal burn-out and estrogen dominance. Today I feel great and grateful that my body has been one of my greatest teachers.
