I am a nutritional chef focusing on holistic culinary nutrition. I work therapeutically with people on a path to healing through using food as medicine and lifestyle interventions. My wellness guidance supports clients with bespoke nutrional meal plans, cooking tuition and personalised yoga for digestive health. I have practiced and taught yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I also run culinary nutrition and yoga workshops and retreats. I trained in nutrition at CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) and Macrobiotics health coaching with Simon Brown in London.
I am passionate about traditional ways of eating that incorporate living symbiotically with nature. I believe in the important role of nutrition and eating unprocessed foods that impact our personal health and health of our planet. I love using a variety of seasonal vegetables and organic ingredients in my recipes. I incorporate traditional food techniques, such as sprouting and fermenting. I enjoy the creativity in healthy baking using a variety sugar free, grain free and gluten-free ingredients. I am dedicated to helping people use food as medicine, integrating yoga and meditation techniques for overall mind-body balance.
My areas of expertise are in digestive health and woman’s hormonal balance. As a foundation I guide people how to intuitively feel what their body needs. Food has been one of my greatest healing tools. I have struggled with my own digestive and hormonal challenges which resulted from high stress – with skin conditions, hypothyroidism to adrenal burn-out and estrogen dominance. Today I feel great and grateful that my body has been one of my greatest teachers.
