How you eat is just as important as what you eat. 2018 is here and it’s a good time to start creating healthy habits that have long lasting effects. Mindful eating is paying attention while eating, tuning into your body’s response to the food you are eating. This has been shown to have many healing benefits in our relationship to food. Join us on a journey into the five senses using Sophology techniques and the five savoury tastes in Macrobiotics that are the recognized basic tastes: sweet, salty, bitter, pungent and sour.
