Supporting people who are looking to understand their health more deeply. Many people come to this work when something in their body or life is asking for attention. Sometimes this appears as physical symptoms, emotional patterns, hormonal changes, or a sense that the body is out of balance.

This work looks at the wider landscape of health, exploring the relationships between physiology, lifestyle, emotional experience, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives. Symptoms can be understood as signals within a larger system, reflecting how the body, mind, and environment are interacting. When we explore these relationships with curiosity, new insights often emerge, allowing health to be approached not simply as something to fix, but as something to understand and rebalance.

Gut Health & Digestion

Digestive health sits at the centre of many aspects of wellbeing, influencing immunity, hormones, mood, and energy levels. Support includes exploring digestion, microbiome balance, food sensitivities, and nourishment that helps restore the gut environment.

About Me

Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a Clinical Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist with a trauma-informed, somatic approach. I believe food is medicine, but true healing also comes from creating safety in the body and gently releasing old patterns so you can restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
