Lacto-Fermentation Workshops

Do you want to learn how to make your own ferments? Together we will learn about the fermentation processes and how easy it is. Join me for a party of ferments. We will enjoy connecting, nibbling probiotic snacks, and other fermented beverages. We will cover an array of different ferments, Lacto-fermentation with sauerkraut, kimchi, and beet kvass, and kefir.
