Inner Rewilding Programme

The Inner Rewilding Programme offers a structured container to restore balance in your gut, hormones, and nervous system, while also supporting emotional well-being. Within the programme, you’ll be held through a phased process – Weed, Seed, Feed, Grow, and Integrate that mirrors the rhythms of nature, gently resetting, planting new seeds, rebuilding strength, and integrating lasting change. Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, more energised, and more deeply connected to themselves by the end. Together, with personalised guidance, nourishing recipes, and compassionate support, we’ll reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythms and nurture lasting wellbeing from the inside out.

    • 3 × 60-minute follow-up sessions (via Zoom)

Preparation — Intention
Begin with gentle preparation. Set clear intentions, take time to reflect, and start to lighten your load. By adjusting your diet, reducing stimulants, and creating space in your day, you prepare both body and mind for the reset ahead.

Weed — Release
Drop into stillness and let go. With broths, soups, rest, and grounding practices, the body begins to clear toxins while the nervous system softens into safety. This is a phase of release, creating space to reconnect with your foundation.

Seed — Awaken
Plant new seeds and welcome renewal. Reintroduce colour, variety, and probiotic-rich foods, alongside practices that awaken creativity and vitality. This phase invites fresh possibilities and a sense of lightness returning.

Feed  — Rebuild
Reignite your inner flame. Support metabolism and stabilise blood glucose while rebuilding from a place of abundance. With prebiotic-rich foods and variety, you nourish the microbiome, strengthen resilience, and restore steady energy.

Grow  — Restore
Deepen into balance and renewal. This phase encourages the release of long-held cellular debris and stored residues, physically and emotionally. As the body clears, mitochondria are revitalised, energy returns, and a deeper flow is restored.

Integrate – Maintain
Anchor and embody the changes. Reflect on your journey, find your new rhythm, and carry forward the practices that sustain long-term wellbeing. Integration ensures the reset becomes part of your daily life.

Q&A

Who is this programme for?

Inner Rewilding is for those who feel ready to explore their health more deeply, not just through nutrition, but through the relationship between the body, nervous system and emotional patterns. It is particularly supportive for people experiencing ongoing symptoms, stress, fatigue or digestive issues, and who sense that their body may be asking for a more integrated approach.

Is this right for me if I’ve tried diets or protocols before?

This isn’t about another restrictive diet. The process is about resetting your system, addressing the root drivers, and building practices that support long-term balance. It works even if you’ve tried other approaches in the past.

Can I do this alongside functional lab testing?

Absolutely. Testing often brings more clarity, and I’ll integrate your results into your protocols.

Do I need to live nearby?

No. Everything can be done online via Zoom and through my client portal, so you can join from anywhere. If you’re local, in-person sessions are an option too.

Do I have to follow a specific diet?

This programme is flexible and can support any dietary preference or therapeutic approach. Whether you’re plant-based, meat-based, vegan, or following something more specific like low-FODMAP, the process adapts to you. The foundation is whole, natural foods and removing what doesn’t serve your body’s highest healing. The focus is on creating a way of eating that feels sustainable and supportive for your system.

How much does the Inner Rewilding programme cost?

The programme is £490 and includes five sessions designed to support you through a deeper exploration of physiology, nervous system regulation and emotional patterns.

How do I book and what happens next?

To begin, simply book your place through the Calendly link. You will select your first session and complete payment securely via Stripe. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with access to your client portal, where you’ll be invited to complete your health questionnaires before our first session.
