At the heart of naturopathy is the understanding that the body has an innate intelligence and capacity to heal when the right conditions are created. Rather than seeing symptoms as problems to eliminate, I see them as communication. This is a space where physiology, emotion, and life experience are explored together, allowing us to move from control and symptom management into a more collaborative relationship with the body.
But physiology is only one part of healing. I also work with the nervous system through somatic practices, Compassionate Inquiry, and parts-based work, creating enough safety for deeper layers to unfold. Stress, trauma, and life experience shape how our bodies function, influencing everything from digestion to hormones and mood. Through this work we may explore protective patterns, inner child dynamics, and emotional imprints that the body has been carrying. By bringing gentle awareness to these layers, we begin to understand how past experiences and beliefs can still shape present-day health.
At times we also widen the lens through medical and evolutionary astrology, exploring personal cycles, sensitivities, and archetypal patterns that may be reflected in both emotional and physical health. These perspectives can help bring meaning and context to what the body is expressing, allowing symptoms to be understood not just as problems, but as signals within a larger pattern of growth and transformation.
The Pillars of My Work:
Physiology
Supporting digestion, blood sugar balance, minerals, hormones, and inflammation through functional nutrition and testing.Nervous System Regulation
Using somatic practices, Compassionate Inquiry, and parts-based work to explore trauma and inner child dynamics, supporting the nervous system in moving out of chronic stress and into greater safety and regulation.Perspective
Exploring emotional patterns and life cycles through reflective inquiry, medical and evolutionary astrology, alongside the use of Bach flower remedies. This perspective brings awareness to themes of karma, dharma and personal evolution, allowing symptoms to be understood within the wider context of a client’s life path.
